About Marielle
There is nothing I like more than travelling. To discover new places, talk to people and learn about their habits. It is always a challenge. What is the best way to connect with them? How do I adapt to the new environment? My passion for other cultures and my experience in HR has led me to work with expats helping them in their process of integration and career development in the Netherlands and, more specifically, in the Eindhoven area.
How I work
Nowadays it is expected that you are able to define and shape your own professional path. To know yourself, discover your strengths, what you want in life and what you need. It’s not easy to find out all that on your own, let alone, present yourself showing all your potential.
My clients want to develop themselves further and have the desire to be the best in their field, land a suitable job in the Netherlands or build a flourishing business. I can help you with this. As your coach, I will drive you in a way that you can step up in your career. I encourage you to feel what is right for you. Exploring and using your talents will connect you to a position that suits you. Yes, you can tweak your own career path and your professional journey. You can create a meaningful professional life, doing what matters to you. Let me show you how.
With me, you will have the opportunity to reflect, think outside the box and come up with some well-defined ideas to work on.

Let the client speak
“Marielle did a great job in helping me fine-tune my interview skills: working on my elevator pitch, structure my achievements and pinpoint the most important steps in my career. After our session, I felt very well prepared and … what can I say, I got the job!”
